In 2004, we had a vision of creating personalised and tailored property investment and project delivery solutions
This vision, and a quick look through a Latin dictionary, was all it took for the Cerno name to be born.
Our company has expanded over the years and now offers four key divisions: Cerno Real Estate Investors; Cerno Management; Cerno Property Services; and Cerno Capital, which collectively form Cerno Group.
What We Offer
As a diversified national property group, we have successfully created, owned, managed and financed assets in various locations in Australia, as indicated on the map. Our focus is predominately on major cities and metropolitan areas. We know this market exceedingly well, allowing us to remain highly focused and specialised in the geographical areas we cater to.

Cerno has achieved certification against several recognised industry standards including ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 4801 and ISO 45001 (OH&S management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). We are also certified compliant with the NSW Government’s Work Health and Safety Management Systems and Auditing Guidelines, Edition 5.
Certification reflects our strong focus on service quality and refinement, but is not a one-off exercise. Underpinning our business success is a commitment to quality and ongoing continuous improvement, ensuring we are continually meeting our clients’ needs.
