Meet
Chris Bogdan.

Chris began his career as a Facilities Manager with Cerno in 2013.  Chris soon transitioned into the role of Property Manager where Chris says “I found my true calling“.  Chris has since moved into a senior roll and now commands all of the Cerno Group’s managed assets. Chris takes true satisfaction in seeing properties managed efficiently and effectively, and strongly believes that either do something 100% or don’t do anything at all.  Chris prides himself on his work ethic and is somewhat addicted to closing out tasks and projects, as he knows he gave it his all. 

Chris loves everything that is sport, exercise and outdoors. Somewhere near the edge of his comfort zone is where you will find him.

Chris has a Bachelor of Construction and Property Management, a Diploma in Finance and a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate).
