Cerno is excited to announce we have been appointed as Project Manager for the development of a new business lounge located at Grosvenor Place Sydney.
Working alongside Renascent, the extensive development works include the refurbishment of the Upper and Lower Level Lobbies to create multi-functional spaces that enhance the experience for visitors and encourage them to enjoy the areas for meetings and agile working. With a winning design from the team at Designoffice, we look forward to seeing the vibrant space come to life.
In addition, Cerno has also been appointed as Project Manager for a new public domain upgrade to the northern plaza at Grosvenor Place, Sydney, working with Interior Construction Group and Harry Seidler and Associates.
